We started Roam with a vision to offer all-inclusive packages to eloping couples seeking simplicity—think straightforward decisions, done-for-you planning, and saying “I do” in one of the most beautiful places in the world (our home, Maui!). Roam micro weddings share the same spirit, while giving you the opportunity to celebrate with up to 35 of your nearest and dearest.
Our micro wedding packages include everything you need, and nothing you don’t, resulting in an intimate destination wedding experience that feels meaningful, intentional, and effortless.

Think: identifying the perfect beach location (for weddings with up to 15 guests) or intimate wedding venue (for those inviting 15+ attendees), securing all necessary permits and licensing, curating the island’s best creative partners, and designing every aspect of your day from first look to family-style dinner.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
Although minimal in size and scope, your Maui wedding day still involves significant logsitics…and none of them should fall on your shoulders. Your day-of coordinator will remain onsite from start to finish to oversee vendor arrivals, ceremony and dinner setup, and the overall flow of your event, ensuring a seamless experience for you and your guests.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our first love and forever a top-priority focus, it makes sense that our shooting + editing style aligns closely with our planning approach. Natural. Comfortable. The perfect blend of editorial and emotional, true to you down to the last detail. Expect previews within two days and a fully-edited online gallery in four weeks.
BRIDAL HAIR & MAKEUP
These are the moments + images you’ll look back on for a lifetime. We know how important it is to love the way you look whenever you revisit them! Our relationships ensure you’ll enjoy prioritized booking with Maui’s most sought-after hair and makeup artists, and that you’ll look and feel your best both on and off camera.
FLOWERS
An intimate wedding on Maui comes with baked-in beauty, but flowers are still such a fun way to showcase your personal style. We’ll put together an inspiration board, and you’ll receive a floral package that leaves nothing to be desired: a custom bouquet, boutonnieres, and leis, plus ceremony florals and table arrangements to further enhance the aesthetic of your day.
OFFICIANT
Maui is home to a rich mix of cultures and traditions, giving you a variety of ceremony styles and officiants to choose from. Right from the start, we’ll take the time to get to know your story, vision, and values so that we can make aligned suggestions. With the help of our curated officiant guide, you’ll make the final call on the approach that feels authentic to you.

We’ll connect you with a talented local artist whose sound complements, rather than competes with, the music of Maui. Both at your ceremony and in the background of dinner, live acoustic music adds just enough atmosphere to make each moment feel intentional. The result? TWO-TIER WEDDING CAKE

Intimate weddings on Maui with Roam start at $15,000 for guest counts between 15-35. Please note that venue and dinner is not included in this price, as investment varies significantly depending on guest count and selections. Most couples can expect to spend around $25,000 on their entire Maui micro wedding.
